Juncus patens 'Elk Blue' (Elk Blue Spreading Rush)

$0.00

Equally at home in a little standing water or the summer drought, this adaptable cultivar of a PNW native has especially pronounced bluish hues on its upright, spiky, evergreen foliage. This variety has a more dwarf and tidy habit than the straight species, typically remaining about 2 ft. x 2 ft. - a more "well-mannered" rush, though it will lightly spread about over time. Especially valued as a Zone 1 rain garden plant, it will also be fine anywhere that's seasonally wet (winter) and droughty in summer - or damp all year! Best in full sun to light/intermittent shade.

Check out with your cart in the top right corner.

At checkout, you'll schedule your pickup time at our West Olympia nursery!
