Hemerocallis 'Little Business' (Little Business daylily)

$0.00

The "Little Business" hybrid is aptly named, as this selection is all about getting right to work in your landscape! From attracting butterflies and other pollinators to blooming its heart out all summer long, you"ll enjoy the long season of delight provided by these vigorous and generous daylilies!

The "little" in its hybrid name refers to both its relatively petite stature - only about 15 in. tall - and its smaller-sized blooms as daylilies go: about 3 in. across. But the reblooming feature of this selection keeps the gorgeous display of raspberry-red petals with yellow-lime throats coming for months: from early/midseason, followed by a break and another burst from late summer to fall.

Another bonus: this cultivar is semi-evergreen! Over time, the rhizomes will spread out to about 24 in., encouraging you to divide them and spread the love around your landscape or share with friends.

Bunnies don"t prefer daylilies, but you may need to protect them from deer or slugs, especially early in the season.

All daylilies are super in full sun, but also tolerate a little shade, and will perform with no supplemental water once established. They also tolerate a wide variety of soils - even clay!
