Cornus sericea 'Kelseyi' (Kelsey Dogwood)

Similar to the Red-twig Dogwood, this dwarf variety only grows to a height of 24in to 30in tall and wide. It has bright red twigs all winter long, and bears clusters of tiny white flowers in the spring. It can tolerate a wide range of soils, even wet boggy soils, and grows best in partial to full sun.

Great in Zone 1 of a rain garden!
