Join us during the evening to help maintain a hedgerow at Broadfields Farm, which is ~10 miles south of downtown Olympia. Come for camaraderie and stay for the learning!

In addition to helping protect this working demonstration site from elk and tackling the weeds, this is an opportunity to hear about the many lessons learned from our very first demo hedgerow, which was installed almost three years ago. You’ll get the behind-the-scenes scoop from the original designers on the original methods and successes & challenges, and you will learn about the various applications and benefits that a hedgerow can provide on a wide range of sites, from working lands to urban yards. We will also informally share about our Hedgerow Toolkit and the various resources we offer.
