Darlin Creek Preserve Stewardship Projects

On Sunday, November 12, 2017 we continued our partnership with Capitol Land Trust at the beautiful Darlin Creek Preserve! A team of volunteers and staff planted and mulched the newly created steep footbridge and creek embankments to stabilize them for winter.

We started work on this site on Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service in 2017, and will continue stewardship and planting activities with Capitol Land Trust through the end of 2018!  To stay posted on opportunities to eradicate Scot's Broom and other invasive species and replace them with native plants, sign up for our volunteer bulletin

Thanks to all the amazing volunteers who made this happen
